The Town Park, complete with picnic tables, restrooms, and tomb stones.
Kids from our train on a stage coach ride
Store fronts on the only paved streets
When we got off the train, we were happy to see that Silverton had not changed much since 1995. Silverton still had dirt streets, old saloons from the mining days that are now restaurants, and all the regular tourist traps like the fudge shop and old time pictures. I guess the fact that the town is difficult to get to helps keep it pristine.
