Matt, Becky, and Kathy Shopping on Pearl Street in Boulder
On Saturday morning, Matt and Becky took us to the Boulder farmer's market. There were some great places for breakfast. Kevin and I both enjoyed a Greek breakfast with egg and Feta gyro's. We also enjoyed a few bites of Matt's cranberry and white chocolate scone.
After walking around the farmer's market, we headed down to Pearl Street. Pearl Street is a pedestrian shopping street. Along with the shops, there were interesting statues and rock formations and more interesting entertainment. We stopped to watch a man contort himself into a small Plexiglas box. Unfortunately, the zip code man who claims to be able to name any city by its zip code was not around. Matt was looking forward to us challenging him with the zip codes from Becky's hometown in Indiana and our small town in North Carolina.
After eating spending some time in Boulder, we headed up to the Flat Iron mountains behind Boulder. The views of Boulder and of the Rockies were spectacular.
