Our last stop in Scotland was Glasgow. Although Glasgow was not as pretty as other places we had seen in Scotland, the Glaswegians were the friendliest and most helpful folks we have ever met. Any time we pulled out a map or pointed to street signs, a local would stop and ask us if we needed help.
We didn't have much time in Glasgow so we took a bus tour of the city. The most beautiful section was around the university (top picture). Glasgow also had a quirky industrial side. The science museum looked like a metal version of the opera house in Sydney.
