My husband I started our first adventure in our "time-off". We headed to Florida with plans to go to Universal Studios and a Shuttle Launch. We decided to take 2 days to get to Florida from North Carolina. On the way down, we stopped in Brunswick, GA to check out the area and the barrier islands. The coolest thing about Brunswick was a 900 year old oak tree. I didn't get a picture because it was covered in tourists. We also enjoyed going out to St. Simon's Island. This is a picture of the light house there.
